AIR PERMEABILITY TESTER

The device (Proser K008) is used to measure the air permeability of fabrics. It is used for all types of fabrics, including industrial fabrics, nonwovens and air permeable textiles.

• For measurements, samples over 20 cm2 or 100 cm2 area are requested.

• A pressure drop to 500 Pa can be achieved. The air passage can be read from different units. It is possible to use different standards related to air permeability, and new standards can be created according to the desired test conditions.

• The device has a digital controller with a touch screen. There is a computer program and it is possible to print it on the printer.

• Main standards installed on the device: BS5636, EN ISO 9237, DIN 53887, ASTM D737, ASTM D3574, TAPPI, T251, AFNOR G07-111, EDANA 140.1
