THERMAL PARAMETERS MEASUREMENT DEVICE
ThermtestHFM-100 (Device brand)
The measuring system is used to measure the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of flat solid samples according to ASTM C518, ISO 8301 and EN 12667 standards, based on the thermal conductivity heat flux technique. The device (Thermtest HFM) is an important measurement tool in industrial laboratory testing. It is used for quality control of thermal insulation materials with low to medium thermal conductivity, such as foam materials, solid materials and textiles.
The HFM is designed to measure the thermal parameters of materials up to 40mm thick and has an electrical cooling and heating system for surface temperature control. The temperature control measuring chamber ensures that the average sample temperature is maintained during measurement.
The device has an automatic measuring system of sample thickness, is controlled by computer and special program, and can create measurement records and analysis.
